Agreement
By using this website and engaging Zay Revenue Group for services, you agree to these terms. Service-specific terms are outlined in the engagement agreement signed at the start of any paid relationship.
Services
ZRG provides marketing, technology, and growth services to local businesses and restaurants. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are documented in your signed engagement agreement.
Payment & commitment
The Zay 360 requires a 90-day minimum commitment, then month-to-month. Individual services are quoted per engagement. Invoices are monthly, net-15 unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
Client owns all content, brand assets, and custom-built deliverables (websites, CRM code, creative work) produced under a paid engagement, transferred upon full payment. ZRG retains rights to our proprietary tools, processes, and case-study usage with client permission.
Confidentiality
Any non-public information shared during our work together is treated as confidential. We do not share client data with other clients or third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZRG's liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes. marketing is inherently probabilistic.
Meta Platform data
When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, or Messenger account to ZRG, your use of that integration is additionally governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We use Meta Platform data only for the purposes you have consented to via the Meta OAuth flow. We do not sell, rent, or transfer Meta Platform data to any third party outside the Meta-authorized integrations documented in our Privacy Policy. Upon disconnect or a data-deletion request, we hard-delete all Meta-sourced records within 30 days as described at /data-deletion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
